These terms and conditions apply to the Blind Box Tracker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Eggheads Lab (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a service with free features and optional paid subscription features.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of Blind Box Tracker.
Collectibles and Third-Party Intellectual Property
Blind Box Tracker is an independent tracking tool. Product names, brand names, characters, artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrighted designs, collectible images, and other intellectual property related to collectibles are owned by their respective rights holders. Blind Box Tracker does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any collectible manufacturer, brand owner, licensor, retailer, or rights holder unless expressly stated. Any collectible information, images, names, or references shown in the Application are provided for identification, organization, and tracking purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any images, descriptions, names, notes, or other content you add to the Application do not infringe the rights of any third party. If you believe content in the Application infringes your rights, please contact Blind Box Tracker at eggheadlabs.dev@gmail.com.
Blind Box Tracker is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they may modify the Application or introduce charges for services. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you before they apply.
Subscriptions, Trials, and Premium Features
Blind Box Tracker may offer optional paid subscription features, including Collectors Club membership. Premium features may include features such as store alerts, watched drops, expanded official updates, Club themes, app icons, or other subscriber-only functionality that may change over time. Free collection tracking features may remain available without a subscription, but some features may require an active subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, free trial eligibility, renewal terms, taxes, and any marketplace-specific purchase terms are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase. If you start a free trial, the trial and any automatic renewal are managed by the marketplace where the subscription was started.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date, subject to the applicable marketplace rules. Deleting the Application or deleting your Blind Box Tracker account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You are responsible for managing cancellation, renewal, and payment settings through the marketplace account used to subscribe.
Payments, billing, cancellation flows, refund eligibility, and payment disputes are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. Blind Box Tracker can provide reasonable support for subscription access issues, but does not directly process app marketplace payments and may not be able to issue refunds for purchases handled by Apple or Google except where required or enabled by the applicable marketplace process.
Blind Box Tracker may verify your purchase with Apple, Google, and Firebase services to determine whether premium access should be active. Premium access may be granted, restored, suspended, adjusted, or removed if a subscription expires, is cancelled, enters billing retry or grace period, is refunded, is revoked, cannot be verified, or appears to be unauthorized.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to Blind Box Tracker in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. Blind Box Tracker strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please be aware that Blind Box Tracker does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Blind Box Tracker cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, Blind Box Tracker cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, Blind Box Tracker cannot be held responsible.
In terms of Blind Box Tracker's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. Blind Box Tracker accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
Blind Box Tracker may update the Application from time to time. Operating system requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the Application. Blind Box Tracker does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to remain compatible with every device or operating system version. Blind Box Tracker may also stop providing the Application or end access to the Application. Where reasonable, Blind Box Tracker will provide notice before ending the service. Unless Blind Box Tracker informs you otherwise, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Blind Box Tracker may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Blind Box Tracker will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, Blind Box Tracker may provide additional notice where required by law. You are advised to review this page regularly for updates.
